We are looking for individuals to work as DevOps on projects for an international client that are connected with digital transformation in the healthcare sector. We seek those who enjoy sharing and learning new technologies, contributing to CI&T and the community, and who have a cultural affinity with us, respecting differences and working collaboratively as a team.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Devops.
- Configure and maintain infrastructure (OS, webservers, VMs, Docker, Bitbucket, Networking).
- Monitor systems, resolve incidents and help to keep systems up and running, especially during US EST time-zone.
- Handle security updates and hardening for servers and applications.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to other teams.
- Proficiency in Python, Jenkins, shell scripting, Docker and general OS system tasks.
- Experience with VM management.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and security best practices and tools.
- Knowledge in AWS, automation and IA.
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Engaging in daily English communication with stakeholders and C-Level.
You will stand out if you have:
- Willingness to understand the product and work on tests to improve its quality and reliability.
- Experience in Bioinformatics (with some understanding of and/or experience in biology).
- Fluent English.
- Strong business awareness to bridge technical expertise with business needs, proactively addressing critical pain points and delivering solutions that create tangible client value.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.
- Leadership aptitude to guide technical decisions and mentor other teams.
